Camp Councilors for Camp Regis Applejack

image
Sections:Jobs

This camp was started in 1950 by the Humes Family.  It was the first multi-racial and religious camp in New York State.  It has always fostered and encouraged a spirit of community for all.  Campers come from around the world.  There is a strong scholarship fund each year as well to ensure economic diversity at the camp.

Campers live in rustic lodges with living rooms and fireplaces overlooking a majestic Adirondack lake. The Humes family who have directed the camp since 1946 feel that camping is at its best when it strives for excellence and welcomes children from various religions, races and nationalities.

The warm, supportive and relaxed environment provides a meaningful and exciting experience that each camper will remember and cherish for years to come.
