Registration open for’s Summer 2013 Boot Camp is once again hosting a  Boot Camp July 20, 2013!

As the largest not-for-profit national organization dedicated to empowering youth and social change, we seek to make an impact through campaigns that don’t require money, a car, or an adult. One of our ongoing initiatives is Boot Camp, a FREE conference held in NYC that brings together young leaders and activists for a day of great speakers, informative workshops, and networking opportunities.


Join us Saturday, July 20th at our Boot Camp!

Time: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
Cost: FREE (*Attendees are responsible for travel and accommodation costs)
Registration Deadline: Monday, July 8th

Who/What: is holding a Do Something Boot Camp in New York City and we want you to be part of it.  Join your fellow social entrepreneurs, activists and youth leaders for a day of workshops, innovative speakers and networking.

During the day there will be 16 sessions.  Sessions will cover the following:

·  How to get started

·  Web design

·  Fundraising

·  Organizational Planning

·  Branding and Marketing

·  And much more!

Additionally, our Boot Camps offer the chance to pitch your project or organization to hedge fund managers, influential not-for-profits and media executives, and then  receive feed back and tips from not-for-profit and corporate professionals.  You will also have the chance to win one of three $500 project grants to assist your initiative.

Requirements to attend: Attendees who get the most out of our Boot Camps are those who have a solid well thought out project plan, have already begun to turn their project ideas into action, or have an existing project or organization. All attendees must be 25 and under!
