Holding Ground Conference

Event description: 

This year’s Holding Ground will offer a workshop for artist-activists who might benefit from building community with like-minded others, while re-connecting with their purpose as change makers. It’s going to be a one-day event in New Haven, on Saturday, April 8th. We’ll start with interactive group exercises from the Work That Reconnects, and end the day by collaborating on a work of art. 

Our program will be as follows:

·  9:30-10:00 – Coffee and snacks

·  10:00-1:00 – The Work That Reconnects Workshop led by facilitator Coleen O’Connell.

·  1:00-1:30 – Lunch

·  1:30-3:00 – Small group conversations about projects, visions, dreams

·  3:00-5:30 – Collaborative art project
