The Office for Graduate Student Development and Diversity is pleased to invite you to a workshop on Intersectionality as part of our Social Justice Discussion Series on Thursday, February 23th, 2017, 12PM in HGS119A. We will discuss intersectionality in both the academy and the world at large as well as how better to address the fact that diversity is not limited to a single category.

This discussion will be joined by Anusha Alles, doctoral candidate in English and African American Studies, and Kaneesha Parsard, doctoral candidate in American and African American Studies. Lunch will be served. This event is limited to the first 20 people that register to facilitate discussion.
