Education: The Pennsylvania State University ‘14

Bio: Victoria graduated from Penn State in 2014 with a B.S in General Science: Public Policy, Government Service, and Legal Studies and a Minor in Microbiology. Combining her love of science with her passion for social justice, Victoria has had internships with a Maternal and Child Health non-profit in London and with United Way in Waterbury, CT. She has previously served as an AmeriCorps State member implementing public health and medical careers programming in Waterbury, CT for middle school and high school aged youth. She started and managed two high school gardening programs in Waterbury and continues to be involved in food justice efforts in New Haven. She loves gardening, Penn State, water activities, wheel-thrown pottery, and reading unmoderated comment sections of online articles.
