Dwight Hall Staff
Staff members work closely with the student Executive Committee, inspired by the mission of the Hall, to preserve institutional memory and manage the non-profit organization. They serve as advisors to students in all the various aspects of the work of Dwight Hall, including program development, education and training, program management, Yale and community partnerships, public relations, finances, or fundraising.

Director of Finance
Manages business operations, advises student funding awards process
Director of Development & Alumni Relations
Coordinates development and fundraising activities; facilitates alumni engagement; supports impact measurement and evaluation initiatives.
Manages Main Office, including reservations for facilities and transportation; advises student program managers
Finance and Development Assistant
Assists Director of Finance, processes financial contributions.
Work with all faith communities, Social Justice Network, and develop tools for reflection.
Advises Public School Internship program and Education Network
AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow / New Haven Education VISTA Project
Focuses on Dwight Hall capacity building and development for education programs through fundraising, grantwriting, publicity, and marketing.
