SUMMARY:Young Alumni in Social Impact Careers Panel
DESCRIPTION:Location: Dwight Hall Library\, 67 High St \n\n\n\nRSVP here! Dinner will be catered by Havenly. \n\n\n\nThe Dwight Hall Young Alumni in Social Impact Careers Panel will feature recent Yale graduates who are driving change through careers in public policy\, law\, and social impact organizations. These panelists will share their career journeys\, insights that they have gained through their impactful work\, and practical advice for students interested in making a difference. This year’s panel will include Kynzie Clark ’22 and Kaley Pillinger ’21\, who have built meaningful careers in law\, advocacy\, and social justice. \n\n\n\nKynzie\, who studied political science\, worked at an international law firm supporting anti-corruption litigation before enrolling in Columbia’s School of Social Work\, with plans to attend law school. She now also works as a Program Associate at the Center for Intimacy Justice\, combating gender-based digital suppression\, and serves as a social worker at Bronx Defenders.  \n\n\n\nKaley\, who studied history and economics\, previously worked in real estate investment and affordable housing development at Blackstone and Fairstead\, with a focus on working with the NYC Housing Authority. She is now back at Yale pursuing a dual JD/MBA with Stanford and plans to return to affordable housing development after graduation. \n\n\n\nThis panel will offer students a unique chance to connect with alumni who have experience in the workplace\, but also know how to navigate college and post-graduation opportunities in order to be successful in this field\, making a positive impact on their communities.
