Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children (FIMRC)

Mission:

FIMRC is dedicated to improving the health of families in the developing world through the implementation of innovative and self-sustainable health improvement programs. Through its network of outpatient clinics and partnerships, FIMRC asserts a multidimensional strategy that includes clinical services, extensive community outreach efforts and health education programs.

As a college campus chapter of FIMRC, FIMRC Yale is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for FIMRC projects. Apart from advocation of FIMRC’s mission, our on-campus efforts also include spreading awareness of global health issues. In addition, FIMRC Yale believes that our efforts should begin in the local community, so we are also dedicated to serving underserved populations in our local city of New Haven.
