Living between Jordan, Dubai, and Montreal, Tamar is fascinated by Global Health infrastructures and inequities in Public Health measures within and between countries. Interested in the relationship between socioeconomic structures and healthcare systems, off campus she is involved with STEM education and public health initiatives in refugee populations, especially in the Middle East. At Yale, Tamar is the Public Health network coordinator and a member of Dwight Hall’s Freshman in Service program.
