Summer Internship Opportunity

Summary of Opportunity:

Havenly Treats is a non-profit bakery that provides paid job training fellowships to refugee women. Our mission is to provide refugee and immigrant women in New Haven with the resources, knowledge, and networks they need to prosper, uplift their families, and shape the communities they live in. We do this by offering a 6-month fellowship during which the women in our program earn while they learn, working at least 15 hours per week in our bakery as well as attending workshops to build their English, computer, financial literacy, and job seeking skills.

We are seeking seven dedicated, driven interns to intern with us from June 1st to August 1st of this year. Internships are unpaid, but we are committed to helping you apply to fellowships and funding through your university or local public service scholarships with our support. Please reach out to us at camila@havenlytreats.com with any questions or concerns.

We will be accepting applications until March 1st.
