Yale College Deans’ Office: Hiring Student Affairs Fellows

Summary of Opportunity: 
Student Affairs Fellows (SAFs) are recent graduates who spend two years supporting the work of the Office of Gender & Campus Culture and the Alcohol and Other Drugs Harm Reduction Initiative (AODHRI). The SAFs work closely with Melanie Boyd, an assistant dean of Yale College, to develop and run student affairs programming related to sexual culture and substance use. 
SAFs have a wide range of responsibilities and many opportunities for professional development and leadership. SAFs supervise the CCEs (the Communication and Consent Educators), train hundreds of students, collaborate with colleagues from across the university, present at conferences, design research studies, and closely mentor students. This position prepares graduates for almost any field! This position is ideal for graduates who are self-motivated, conscientious, creative, flexible, and open-minded. 
This is a two-year paid fellowship, which includes an on-campus apartment and a meal plan.
