Equipment Terms of Use
- Dwight Hall equipment can only be used for Dwight Hall approved actions and events.
- Equipment reservation requests must be approved and confirmed via email before individuals may use Dwight Hall’s equipment. Individuals are encouraged to submit equipment requests as early as possible.
- Equipment must be picked up from Dwight Hall during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) unless arrangements are made ahead of time with Dwight Hall staff.
- Users take full responsibility for the replacement of equipment should it be damaged or lost while in their possession or if it is not returned to Dwight Hall. Dwight Hall will issue an invoice for the cost of the replacement. The student group or department affiliated with the invoice will not be able to use any other equipment until the invoice is paid.

- Microphone for use in Dwight Chapel – $50
- Portable speaker with microphones – $100
- HDMI cable adapter – $10
- Tables – $25
- Canopy tent 10 x 10 feet – $75
- Canopy tent 10 x 20 feet – $100
- Collapsible wagon – $50
- Keys to Dwight Hall rooms – $11
- 55″ D-TEN Zoom Cart – $5,000
- 86″ Zoom Room Cart – $12,000
- Due to the high costs associated with any damage to the Monitors and Carts, special limitations and expectations are in place specifically for these items.
