Securities: Dwight Hall can accept gifts of stock that have been held by the donor for more than one year. There may be several tax advantages and we encourage donors to discuss with their financial advisor or accountant. What difference can I make with my gift?
- A gift of $100 will pay for bus passes for four students to get to after-school reading programs in New Haven public schools all year.
- $250 will pay for the cost of gas to bring students to community organizations to work as volunteers for three months.
- $500 will cover a leadership or advocacy workshop to give students skills that help them help others as student mentors, public policy advocates, health and social services advisors, and much, much more.
