Dwight Hall is a venue for weddings, memorials and other events. Occasionally Dwight Hall needs help on evenings and weekends to facilitate use of facilities for outside parties renting the space.
We are specifically looking for students who are available for events scheduled this fall October 12th, 17th, 25th and 26th.
Responsibilities include:
– following instructions/plans for each event
– helping guests access Dwight Hall and Chapel building
– setting up chairs and other equipment
– coordinating with guests to answer questions and help ceremonies run smoothly
– following Dwight Hall policies and ensuring those policies are followed by guests
Job requirements:
Ability to push a large piece of equipment mounted on wheels without damaging it.
Ability to lift and move chairs and tables.
Availability on October 12th, 17th, 25th and/or 26th and potentially other dates to be determined throughout the year.
Hours: 6-12/week
Hourly Rate: $15.75/hr
