This event aims to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and historically underrepresented and underserved communities, including those experiencing homelessness, undocumented individuals, and LGBTQ+ populations. We are thrilled to collaborate with the Neighborhood Health Project and the New Haven Pride Center. Our goal will be to have fun (with games and music), build relationships, and provide important health screenings and resources! UHOPE Haven will table at this event with socks, hygiene products, menstrual products, and more!
