Mission
The Ulysses S. Grant Foundation is a summer academic program for talented and motivated New Haven middle school students. Every year since 1953, U.S. Grant has drawn on the experiences and enthusiasm of Yale undergraduates to design an enrichment experience that offers students the academic preparation and skills they will need to excel in their current school environment and enter college. The program is intended to reach bright students who might have limited opportunities and resources to participate in academic enrichment activities.
