Work with the YHHAP Fast!

The Yale Hunger and Homeless Action Project Fast is the largest student-run fundraiser on Yale’s campus. Once a semester, Yale students can donate the value of their Yale dining meal swipes for the day of the YHHAP Fast. The swipes, along with monetary donations, are then donated to local organizations and initiatives fighting food and housing insecurity in New Haven. In previous semesters, the Fast has raised $10-15K for organizations like Sunrise Café, Haven’s Harvest, and Continuum of Care. 

Each semester, students on four wonderful teams (digital, marketing, Yale outreach, and community outreach) work together to organize the Fast!
