Graduate Coordinators – Yale Office of LGBTQ Resources

The Office of LGBTQ Resources hosts a number of specialized Graduate Assistant (GA) positions responsible for managing programs and working with student assistants, peer liaisons, student leaders, and affiliated organizations in the area of student development. We are recruiting four new graduate assistants for the 2022-23 academic year.

Graduate Coordinators

LGBTQ Community Development

This GA serves on the Leadership Team and works closely with our LGBTQ Peer Liaison Team to promote peer mentoring and programming for First-Year Yale College students as well as helps to coordinate the monthly LGBTQ Leadership Roundtable which is comprised of numerous LGBTQ-affiliated organizations across the university.  The emphasis of this graduate assistantship is mentorship and leadership development. Pride Programming

This GA serves on the Leadership Team, coordinates a semesterly Graduate & Professional student program series of their choice, and chairs the Pride@Yale programming and initiatives committee comprised of student team members and community leaders with an overall emphasis on social and cultural development. Transgender and Nonbinary Programming

This GA serves on the Leadership Team, coordinates a semesterly Graduate & Professional student program series of their choice, and chairs the Trans@Yale programming and initiatives committee comprised of student team members and community leaders with an overall emphasis on gender identity and expression. QTPOC Programming

This GA serves on the Leadership Team, coordinates a semesterly Graduate & Professional student program series of their choice, and chairs the QTPOC programming and initiatives committee comprised of student team members and community leaders with an overall emphasis on intersections of race and ethnicity. Each graduate position is $20 per hour with an expected commitment of 10 hours per week for 27 weeks. All interested students should apply at www.yalestudentjobs.org (Job IDs: 28829 and 28830) as soon as possible.  The priority deadline for applicants is August 5th.
