FIRST at Yale

Our Mission:

Our mission is to raise awareness of FIRST® Robotics at Yale University and to foster connections between individuals who have a background in FIRST or want to become involved in it. We help the Yale community stay engaged with FIRST through mentoring local robotics teams in New Haven, mentoring robotics teams globally through video calls, and volunteering at tournaments throughout New England, New York, and beyond.

Mentor FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Team 7869: The Fun Gang, which is a local New Haven team from Amistad High School

FIRST World Championships

Mentors were able to attend the FIRST World Championships where they volunteered in the competition, mentor teams, and assist Yale Admissions in advertising Yale to students in the competition.
